Counselling is a confidential talking therapy that offers a safe and non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings and experiences.
I work with you to understand the challenges you may be facing and support you in making sense of difficult emotions, behaviours or life situations. Through active listening, reflection and a personalised approach, we can work together to help you develop greater self-awareness, improve your wellbeing and find practical ways to cope and move forward.
Every person’s journey is unique. I will support you at your own pace while regularly checking in with your goals and progress, building trust and connection within the therapeutic relationship.
I offer counselling sessions face-to-face in my private therapy studio or online via secure video call.

HYPNOTHERAPY
Hypnotherapy is a complementary therapy which uses guided relaxation to help you enter a calm and focused state of awareness. In this relaxed state, we can work with the subconscious mind using positive suggestions, visualisation and metaphors to support changes in thoughts, behaviours and habits.
You remain aware and in control throughout the process. Each session also includes an element of talking therapy, allowing us to explore your goals and tailor the hypnotherapy to your individual needs.
Clients often find hypnotherapy helpful for a range of issues, including phobias, anxiety, low self-confidence, weight management and smoking cessation.

REFLEXOLOGY
Reflexology is a holistic therapy based on the principle that different areas of the feet correspond with different parts of the body. By applying gentle pressure and massage techniques to specific points on the feet, reflexology aims to support the body’s natural balance and promote relaxation.
The feet are also believed to contain zones that relate to energy pathways throughout the body. Working through these zones may help encourage the release of tension and promote a sense of calm, grounding and overall wellbeing.
Many clients find reflexology deeply relaxing and helpful for reducing stress, improving relaxation and supporting general wellbeing.
Reflexology appointments take place in person in my private therapy studio in Reading.
