Anything shared within our sessions are confidential, with some exceptions based on risk to client or others or legal disclosures.  These will be discussed in our first session.

Counselling and Hypnotherapy sessions are an hour long and are £60.00 per session and can be in person in my private therapy studio, or online video call. Reflexology sessions are in person, £45 for 45 minutes.

Everyone is different, sometimes clients only need a few sessions, others find they need longer term. I encourage regular reflection of goals, how you feel you are progressing and what is working for you and tailor our approach to suit you best.

Clients sometimes find it difficult to know what they are ‘bringing’ to therapy, or what to talk about and that’s ok.  I encourage you to just bring you. You may have a specific issue you would like support with, or you may simply need time and space to pause, reflect and reset. I provide a safe space for you to explore your feelings and as the trust in our relationship develops we can see where your journey goes together.

Once I have received your enquiry, I will offer a 15 minute initial phone consultation. This is a chance for you to ask any questions and for us both to find out if we can work together.  On this call we can arrange a ‘placeholder’ first session appointment and I send over a copy of my contract.  The place holder appointment is kept open for 24 hours, pending your confirmation for it to go ahead if you are happy to do so.  If I do not hear from you after 24 hours I release the appointment back to available.  My usual working hours are Mondays 2pm to 8pm, Tuesday and Wednesdays 8am to 8pm; Thursdays 9am to 4pm and Saturdays 11am to 2pm.

Payment is preferred 48 hours in advance of sessions but if overlooked, at the latest within 24 hours of the end of your session. Sometimes unexpected things can happen that make it difficult to attend counselling sessions. If you are unable to attend, please contact me in advance of your appointment time and we can reschedule with no penalty charge. If you fail to attend a session without notice however, full charges for any missed sessions will still apply. If I need to cancel at short notice myself, I will do my utmost to give you as much notice as possible and organize a rescheduled appointment.
